Clacton on Sea, UK –Pickering Interfaces is expanding its range of LXI compliant products with the introduction of two new high density matrix solutions.

The 60-550 is a 2A crosspoint matrix with up to 4096 relays, capable of switching voltages up to 220 VDC or 250 VAC. The 60-550 can be supplied in a variety of one pole matrix configurations from 128x8 to 512x8. The 60-500 is packaged in a compact full rack width 1U “pizza box” style enclosure using 78 way male D Type connectors for both the X and Y axis connections.

The 60-551 is a 2A crosspoint matrix with up to 2048 relays, capable of switching voltages up to 220 VDC or 250 VAC , and is available in sizes from 128x4 to 512x4.

The 60-550 and 60-551 offer much higher densities and lower cost than is available in either PXI or VXI platforms with the equivalent performance and are easily expanded to make larger matrices by interconnecting the Y and X axis using external cables. The use of industry standard 78 way D Type connectors ensures robust operation in ATE systems and easy access to connector accessories.
